What “buy with confidence” really means.
Are you just a sourcing agent?+
No. Finding a supplier is only one part of our work. We compare products and factories, check goods before shipment, coordinate corrective action, solve problems in China, and manage logistics.
Can you guarantee that every product will be perfect?+
No responsible inspection company can guarantee every unit or eliminate all commercial risk. We reduce risk through clear specifications, supplier comparison, documented approvals, inspection, and corrective action before shipment.
Can you work with a factory I already found?+
Yes. We can verify the supplier, compare its offer, communicate your requirements, inspect the goods, solve problems, or manage the purchase and shipping.
What happens if the inspection finds a problem?+
We document the issue, recommend HOLD or REWORK when appropriate, contact the supplier, and coordinate the agreed corrective action. Goods are not approved by us simply because the factory says they are ready.
Do you hide fees inside factory or shipping prices?+
No. Our service fee is agreed with you in writing. Product, sample, testing, freight, duty, customs, and third-party costs are identified separately unless an all-inclusive quote explicitly states otherwise.
What happens if ChinaBuyingOffice makes a service error?+
We review the written scope and evidence, correct or redo recoverable work at no additional service fee, and apply our published refund standard to the affected service fee. Minor errors may qualify for a 10%–25% refund, significant recoverable errors for 25%–50%, and a core service failure or serious breach of trust for 50%–100%.
Can either party terminate the service?+
Yes. A client may terminate in writing at any time. We reconcile completed work, authorized commitments, unearned service fees, and unspent product funds. We may also suspend or terminate work for non-payment, unlawful or unsafe goods, material false information, abusive conduct, compliance risk, or repeated failure to provide required decisions.
How do I know the real purchase cost of the products?+
We provide the available supporting evidence for the approved purchase, which may include supplier quotations, invoices, platform order screenshots, purchase records, or other transaction documents. The type of proof depends on how the selected supplier sells and documents the order.
When do I pay the money used to buy the products?+
Only after you approve the selected supplier, product specification, quantity, and documented purchase amount. For standard projects, Packonics LLC sends a secure payment link for the agreed purchase funds. Service fees and product funds are shown separately.
Are you an American company or a Chinese sourcing team?+
Both roles are deliberately combined. ChinaBuyingOffice is Chinese-founded and Chinese-led, with real Chinese-language sourcing and supplier experience. Packonics LLC is the U.S.-registered contracting and payment company, so its legal name may appear on payment links, receipts, proposals, and service agreements.
How are large or bulk purchase payments handled?+
Large-value, customized, bulk, or repeat orders receive a separate written purchase plan. We agree the payment method, deposit stages, production milestones, inspection gate, and balance release before collecting funds.
Can you deliver directly to my business or warehouse?+
Yes. Depending on the product and destination, we can coordinate express, air, sea, rail, consolidation, customs, Amazon FBA delivery, or door-to-door service.
